To Play Bigger, Do Less!

A few weeks ago (a week before Christmas) my daughter and I both got sick. I mean sick. Then as I was fighting the flu and trying to get better for the family festivities, my father in law passed away and then the furnace quit in -40 weather (and to make matters worse, we couldn't order parts because of the holiday season).
I mean, my life was upside down.
At this point I was just trying to survive, stay warm and get through the day. Then to add on to it, I still had a business to run. It took every bit of energy to do my lives, create content, write emails, respond to messages, the list goes on. But here is what remains true during these times.

Even in our most trying moments, LIFE goes on. IT MUST GO ON.

And no, this isn't a sob story or a feel sorry for me kind of post. It's life. It's real. It's f*cking messy. It's both ugly and beautiful at the same time.

Anyways, I was venting to my mentor about how can I manage life when it's in the toilet bowl and scale my business at the same time. Help others that are in the same boat as me when I'm going through some hiccups myself???

Sure I was hustling and grinding trying to make a very successful launch, fill my calendar....but what was I really doing here? Trying to be like a great white shark in a sea of gold fish. I was doing what every is else doing.

And then it dawned on me, no matter how much I added to my plate, no matter how many more funnels I created, or content I created or people I was helping go through my processes (or lack there of), I was spending WAY TOO MUCH time behind the scenes than getting out there to mentor, inspire, coach, and guide.

And that's where I realized that

Since then, I've been evaluating what I love to do, what I don't like to do, and what do I need more of in my business. For it's in this evaluating and bird's eye view I came to some realizations. Here they are.

TO DO LESS AND MAKE MORE $$$

  1. Streamline your services and by streamlining I mean crafting your offers and getting crystal clear who it's for.  Drop those that it's not for.
  1. Streamlining your processes (Technology, Software, Processes, etc) The easier and smoother the process the less time you'll be spending behind the scenes.
  1. Do it RIGHT. (Bring in the RIGHT people, RIGHT systems, and in the RIGHT places).

That is it.

So if you are like me and are ready to level up as a business women and scale your business to the next level, and are really ready to PLAY BIGGER come connect with me and let's see what needs to shift in your business to take you to the next level.
